           4 – 6 PM Women At Risk (WAR) fundraiser

The passion of Women at Risk International (WAR Int'l) is to give voice to the silenced cry of women around the world, creating a circle of protection and offering a safe place to turn crisis into a story of healing and hope. There is no greater joy than to see a woman or child rescued from sexual slavery, restored and empowered to support herself with dignity. Unique handcrafted jewelry, silk scarves, purses and other products will be sold at The Haven.  These products are made by women in safe houses who have been rescued from or are at risk for sexual slavery.. 90% of the proceeds go back to the women and their programs. 10% covers the ministry's costs.

 

Come and shop with a purpose. With $250 we provide a month of holistic care for a rescued woman and teach her a trade which will allow her to support herself and her children.
